The  apartment is fully furnished to a high standard comprising of fully fitted kitchen including mircowave,fridge freezer,oven,hob and washing machine.

the dining area and lounge has patio doors leading out onto the balcony/sun terrace area furnished to relax and enjoy.

there are two bedrooms the master bedroom has a  double bed,the other bedroom has two single beds. both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

the apartment has a private parking space and the island resort can only be entered via a bridge and access point.

within easy reach of the resort is the spectacular  marina at puerto de mazarron 25 MIN with its palm fringed promenade beautiful views and beaches,many restaurants,cafes and bars,as well as the towns of cartagena,totana,lorca,the city of murcia and the sierra espuna national park.

The island has two communal pools(not heated) a childrens play area,childrens pool area , and a games area on the island which has table tennis tables and various indoor games in the games hut.

Travel:

Murcia Airport (MJV) is the nearest airport approximately 40 minutes’ drive away. Alicante Airport (ALC) is approximately 75 minutes’ drive.

A hire car is strongly recommended.

Distances:

The regions capital, Murcia, is approximately 35 minutes’ drive away. Another seaside town of Cartegena is also 30 minutes away. Both are nice historic towns with lots to do and see.

Also 30 minutes away situated up in the hills is an old monastery with a nearby hotel and cafe that offer stunning views.

Murcia contains a Zoo and a Water Park which offer excellent family days out. The Sierra Espuna, a beautiful nature reserve, is also 20 minutes away and offers many activities.
