This spacious second floor three bedroom apartment with lift access is one of the largest accommodations found on the lovely golf resort of Condado de Alhama on the La Isla Complex. It has a huge wrap around terrace facing south overlooking the swimming pool and surrounding lake with views over countryside to the mountains in the distance. With three large bedrooms, a twin and two doubles which have patio doors to the terrace and built in wardrobes for storage, a roomy, tastefully furnished open plan living and dining area and separate kitchen this apartment is perfect for a group of friends or a large family. The terrace is fully furnished with everything needed for al fresco dining and entertaining. There is an allocated parking space just in front of the apartment, and the whole complex is gated and patrolled by security guards for peace of mind.

The apartment is ideally situated in a quiet part of the resort but still only a five minute walk away from the town centre ‘Al Kasar ‘ where you will find a large well stocked supermarket, hairdressers/beauty salon, gymnasium and a good variety of bars and restaurants. Other onsite facilities include the Condado Club bar/restaurant between Jardin 5 & 7 with tennis, paddle, basketball and 5 a side courts. There are safe cycleways around the complex, ideal for young families, with bike hire available from a number of sources.

Also within the resort is the Jack Nicklaus personally designed Alhama signature Par 72, 6884m championship golf course with fantastic practice facilities, a driving range, clubhouse with pro shop, buggy and club hire and its own snack bar with wonderful views to the surrounding mountains.

The Costa Calida (warm coast) is the perfect base to explore the unspoilt surrounding areas and sample the fantastic local foods and wine. With the 250kms of coastline there is always another sandy cove to find as Mazarron is a 15/20 minute drive away and has wonderful unspoilt beaches. There is also a marina at Puerto de Mazarron with many superb seafront bars and restaurants, some of course specialising in sea foods. The Sierra Espuna national park is a 15 minute drive away, this is an area of unspoilt natural beauty, very popular with walkers/hikers and has stunning scenery & views. Alhama de Murcia is a typical Spanish town at the foot of this national park where you can sample the Spanish way of life and experiment with the local foods and wine. Murcia city also has a large water park and zoo.

Corvera Airport (RMU) is the nearest airport approximately 30 minutes’ drive away. Alicante Airport (ALC) is approximately 75 minutes’ drive.

All Rental properties have electric meters connected to the Air con. To keep the properties economical a reading will be taken on arrival and again on Departure. The first €10 is included in your stay, anything over this €10 is pay as you go.
