The Murcia region

year and mild temperatures even in winter with a yearly average of more than 20ºC.
The apartment provides an ideal base to explore the Mazarrón area. A perfect base to rent
for a family holiday. The beaches of Bolnuevo, Perchelles and La Azohia are approximately a
25 minute drive, and the seaside town of Puerto de Mazarrón, with its marina, beaches,
bars and restaurants is also 25 minutes away. Local producers markets for fresh fruits and
vegies are short drive in Alhama, Totana and Puerto de Mazarron.
The beautiful Sierra Espuña nature reserve is a short drive away, with walking trails, quad
biking, kayaking and cycleways.
