There are play areas outside the apartment with ample space to run around in the pretty communal gardens. There is also a very inviting shared pool with a separate children’s shallow area just a stone throw away from the front door.

Access is also available to 20 other gardens, pools and play areas. The resort has safe cycleways around, and is ideal for young families, due to the secure gated complex and onsite amenities. There is bike hire on the resort for very reasonable rates.

The apartment is ideally located about a ten minute stroll away from the town centre of Al Kasar with a large well priced supermarket, hairdressers, Gymnasium, cashpoints and a good variety of bars and restaurants. This is the central hub of Condado de Alhama, which is beautifully illuminated in the evening. A short walk away is the Condado Sports club situated between Jardin 5&7 where there are tennis, paddle, basketball and 5 a side courts and its own bar and restaurant.

Also within the resort is the Jack Nicklaus personally designed Alhama signature Par 72, 6884m championship golf course with fantastic practice facilities, a driving range, clubhouse with pro shop, buggy and club hire and its own snack bar with wonderful views to the surrounding mountains.

The Costa Calida (warm coast) is the perfect base to explore the unspoilt surrounding areas and sample the fantastic local foods and wine. With the 250kms of coastline there is always another sandy cove to retreat to. Mazarron is a 15/20 minute drive away and has wonderful unspoilt beaches. There is also a marina at Puerto de Mazarron with many boats for those of a nautical disposition. There are many superb bars and restaurants, some of course specialising in sea foods. Water sports are available if you feel energetic or just laze on the palm fringed beaches. Bolnuevo is just south of Mazarron, with its amazing rock formations and lazy beach life.

The Sierra Espuna national park is a 15 minute drive away, this is an area of unspoilt natural beauty, very popular with walkers/hikers and cyclists with stunning scenery & views. Alhama de Murcia is a typical Spanish town at the foot of this national park where you can sample the Spanish way of life and experiment with the local foods and wine.
