Our property is located in Jardin 13 on the beautiful urbanisation of Condado de Alhama, with its championship golf course and large garden areas. The complex includes a well-stocked supermarket, restaurants and bars in the Al Kasar shopping centre, a 10-minute walk away. Within a ten minute drive you will reach the Camposol urbanisation, which has a larger supermarket, a Chinese bazaar, an optician, a petrol station, bank, …

Around twenty large communal swimming pools are available in the various gardens within the resort.

The nearest airport is Corvera Airport, about 30 minutes by car, Alicante (ALC) about 75 minutes. A rental car is highly recommended.

In the surrounding area you can visit Murcia or Cartagena, as well as the port city of Puerto de Mazaron and much more.

Notre propriété est située dans la belle urbanisation de Condado de Alhama, parcours de golf et grands espaces verts. Le complexe comprend un supermarché bien approvisionné, des restaurants et des bars dans le petit centre commercial Al Kasar, à 10 minutes à pied. En 10 minutes de route, vous arriverez à l’urbanisation Camposol, qui compte un plus grand supermarché, un bazar chinois, un opticien, une pompe à essence, …

Une vingtaine de grandes piscines communes sont disponibles dans les différents jardins.

L’aéroport le plus proche est celui de Corvera Airport , à environ 30 minutes en voiture, celui d’Alicante (ALC) à environ 75 minutes. Une voiture de location est fortement recommandée.

Dans les environs, vous pourrez visiter Murcia ou Carthagène, ainsi que la ville portuaire de Puerto de Mazaron et bien d’autres choses encore.

Un cartable avec des brochures est disponible à l’appartement.
