The entire complex is securely gated and regularly patrolled by security guards, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay. A short stroll away is the town center of Al Kasar, where you’ll find a well-stocked supermarket, a hair salon, gymnasium, ATMs, and a diverse selection of bars and restaurants.

A refundable security deposit of €200 is payable on arrival and will be returned following a satisfactory property inspection at check-out.

Air conditioning and heating operate via a metered card system. A €10 usage credit is included per stay, with additional top-ups available from the Al Kasar office during opening hours (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, Sat & Sun 9am–2pm).

Pool wristbands are required for access to communal swimming pool areas. Two wristbands are provided per bedroom and can be collected from the Military Breaks Plus office during opening hours. Replacement of lost or damaged wristbands is charged at €25 each.
