This modern two bed is a third floor apartment situated in Block 1 on the La Isla complex in the lovely golf resort of Condado de Alhama. The apartment looks out over the orange groves, the surrounding lake and mountains, and is ideally located for a relaxing holiday in the sun or for a dual centre beach and mountain break. The accommodation comprises an open plan living/dining area, with comfortable seating, cable TV and 100MB wifi. There is a fully equipped fitted kitchen with everything you might need, a modern bathroom, master double bedroom leading to the terrace and a twin bedroom both of which have large fitted wardrobes with ample room for storage.

There is an allocated parking space close to the apartment which can also be accessed by a lift and the whole complex is gated and patrolled by security guards for peace of mind. The town centre of Al Kasar is a short walk away where you will find a large well stocked supermarket, hairdressers/beauty salon, cashpoints and a good variety of bars and restaurants. Also within the resort is the Jack Nicklaus Alhama signature championship golf course with fantastic practice facilities, a driving range, clubhouse with pro shop, buggy and club hire and its own snack bar with wonderful views. For sports enthusiasts there are tennis, paddle, basketball, 5 aside courts and a well equipped gym located at the Condado Club between Jardine 5&7.

Condado de Alhama is the perfect base from which to explore the surrounding areas of the Costa Calida (warm coast) and sample the fantastic local foods and wine. With the 250kms of coastline there is always another sandy cove to find, Mazarron is a 15/20 minute drive away and has miles of wonderful unspoilt beaches. There is also a marina at “Puerta de Mazarron” with many superb seafront bars and restaurants, some of course specialising in sea foods. The “Sierra Espuna” national park is a 15 minute drive away, this is an area of unspoilt natural beauty, very popular with walkers/hikers and has stunning scenery & views. Alhama is a typical Spanish town at the foot of this national park where you can sample the Spanish way of life and experiment with the local foods and wine. Murcia city, the regions capital, also has a large water park and zoo.

A €100 Security Deposit is payable on arrival (returned on Exit subject to apartment check)

Air conditioning allowance of €10 per stay is provided, additional top ups are available from Military Breaks Office in Al Kasar.
