Ideally situated on the front line overlooking the Jack Nicklaus Alhama Signature golf course, this south west facing apartment has been newly refurbished with modern and smart furnishings.

The bright open plan dining / living area contains a dining table, sofa, coffee table, with a LCD TV and includes access to 100Mb Wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher and toaster. The spacious and private terrace has a 4 seater dining table with views over the golf course and sun loungers to relax on. There is also an outside storage area which has the washing machine, iron board and iron.

There is a large communal swimming pool, with separate shallow area for small children, and playground equipment between the penthouse blocks. A short walk away is the golf course with its clubhouse offering snacks and drinks, a driving range, proshop and short game practice facilities. The main commercial centre of Al Kasar a five minute walk has a large supermarket, bars and restaurants, hairdressers, gymnasium and cashpoints. Other facilities on the resort are paddle and full size tennis courts, 5 a side football pitches located between Jardins 5 & 7

The resort is within a gated community with its own security with lots of walking and cycling trails and is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding areas with miles of beaches and traditional spanish villages nearby.

The apartment air conditioning (hot and cold) works on a meter system, an allowance of €10 per stay is provided, additional top ups are available from Military Breaks Office in Al Kasar. Office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm Saturday and Sunday.

A €100 Security Deposit is payable on arrival.
