The resort has safe cycleways around, and is ideal for young families, due to the secure gated complex and onsite amenities. There is bike hire available on the resort at various outlets at very reasonable rates.

The apartment provides an ideal base to explore the Mazarrón area, and is located around 25 minutes from the beach . A perfect base to rent for a family holiday.The beaches of Bolnuevo, Perchelles and La Azohia are approximately a 25 minute drive, and the seaside town of Puerto de Mazarrón, with its marina, beaches, bars and restaurants is only 25 minutes away.

- A refundable security deposit of €150 is payable on arrival and will be returned following a satisfactory check-out inspection.
- Air conditioning (hot and cold) operates on a metered system. A €10 usage credit is included per stay, with additional credit available from the Al Kasar office during opening hours (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, Sat & Sun 9am–2pm).
- Pool wristbands are required for access to communal pool areas. Replacement of lost or damaged wristbands is charged at €25 each.
