An assigned parking space in close proximity to the apartment is accessible via a lift, and the entire complex is gated and monitored by security guards, ensuring your peace of mind.

A refundable security deposit of €150 is payable on arrival and will be returned following a satisfactory property inspection at check-out.
Air conditioning and heating operate via a metered card system. A €10 usage credit is included per stay, with additional top-ups available from the Al Kasar office during opening hours (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, Sat & Sun 9am–2pm).
Pool wristbands are required for access to communal swimming pool areas. Two wristbands are provided per bedroom and can be collected from the Military Breaks Plus office during opening hours. Replacement of lost or damaged wristbands is charged at €25 each.
