The bright lights of Murcia city and the retail park at Nueva Condomina are around 40 minutes drive away. A perfect base to rent for a family holiday. The beautiful beaches of Bolnuevo, Perchelles and La Azohia are approximately a 25 minute drive, and the seaside town of Puerto de Mazarrón, with marina, beaches , bars and restaurants is only 25 minutes away.

Air conditioning allowance of €10 per stay is provided, additional top ups are available from the Military Breaks Plus Office in Al Kasar.

A €100 cash Security Deposit is payable on arrival (returned on Exit subject to apartment check)
