This beautiful apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard in modern Nordic/Scandinavian style. It offers nice views across the pool area, the lake, the mountains and orange fields and is situated in a quiet area of the resort. The apartment is a short 4 min walk to main central hub area of the resort, the Al Kasar, which offers numerous restaurants, bars and cafes, gymnasium, beauty salon and a large well stocked supermarket. Located on the La Isla community of the resort, the La Isla residents have exclusive use of the outdoor fitness facilities, or relax in La Isla community area where there is a children’s play area, and a games area which has table tennis tables and various indoor games in the games hut.

The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen including a moccamaster and Nespresso coffee machine, stylish microwave and a super quiet dishwasher. The dining/lounge area is open and spacious and gives a contemporary feel to the apartment , it has large patio doors which lead onto the furnished balcony/sun terrace to relax and enjoy. It also offers Scandinavian TV channels in addition to all the others and 100MB wifi is included. The Aircon in the apartment is extremely quiet and has a motion sensor to keep you cool where ever you are within the room. There are two bedrooms within the apartment, the master bedroom which has a double bed fitted with an extra comfortable memory foam mattress. It is equipped with a TV and Aircon and has a safe located in the large built in wardrobes. The twin bedroom has an air con unit and two single beds, both with extra length 2m mattresses (Scandinavian size) ,

The apartment is located close to the elevator and has easy access to the pool where it is a short walk. The balcony/sun terrace is very private due to being an end property and offers comfortable garden furniture for al fresco dining and entertaining. The terrace also overlooks the magnificent Infinity pool and across the rugged landscape of South Murcia. The island has two communal pools (not heated) and a children’s pool area and the apartment is equipped with portable sun loungers and sun chairs.

Within easy reach of the resort is the spectacular marina at Puerto de Mazarron 25 minutes away with its palm fringed promenade beautiful views and beaches, many restaurants, cafes and bars, as well as the towns of Cartagena, Totana, Lorca, the city of Murcia and the Sierra Espuna national park.

A €100 Security Deposit is payable on arrival (returned on Exit subject to apartment check)

Air conditioning allowance of €10 per stay is provided, additional top ups are available from Military Breaks Office in Al Kasar.
