Air conditioning (hot and cold) operates on a metered system. A €10 usage credit is included per stay, with additional credit available from the Al Kasar office during opening hours (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, Sat & Sun 9am–2pm).
Pool wristbands are required for access to communal pool areas. Two wristbands are provided per bedroom and can be collected from the Military Breaks Plus office during opening hours. Replacement of lost or damaged wristbands is charged at €25 each.
