We welcome you to our lovely modern first floor apartment in Jardin 9 on the relaxing and luxury golf resort of Condado de Alhama in a quiet and tranquil part of Murcia in Spain. It has an open plan living dining area with air conditioning, cable TV and 100Mb Wifi, leading to a well-equipped kitchen for all your catering requirements, and a large upstairs terrace for dining and entertaining overlooking the large communal pool. Our accommodation has two bedrooms, one double bed and two single beds with fitted wardrobes with plenty of hangers and storage.

There are play areas outside the apartment with ample space to run around in the pretty communal gardens. There is also a very inviting shared pool with a separate children’s shallow area just a stone throw away from the front door. In the evening the gardens and pool are illuminated and a short walk from the apartment between Jardines 5 & 7 you will find the Condado Club with a bar/restaurant as well as tennis, paddle tennis, squash, basketball and football courts. The Al Kazar (town centre) is a 10 minute walk along the palm lined avenue and boasts a large, well-stocked and competitively priced supermarket, gymnasium, beauty salon, cashpoints and a good selection of bars and restaurants all in a very tranquil setting.

Also within the resort is the Jack Nicklaus designed Alhama signature Par 72, 6884m championship golf course with fantastic practice facilities, a driving range, clubhouse with pro shop, buggy and club hire and its own snack bar with wonderful views to the surrounding mountains.

The apartment provides an ideal base to explore the Mazarrón area, and is located around 25 minutes from the beach . The beautiful Sierra Espuña nature reserve is a short drive away, with walking trails, quad biking , kayaking and cycleways. The bright lights of Murcia city and the retail park at Nueva Condomina are around 40 minutes drive away. A perfect base to rent for a family holiday. The beautiful beaches of Bolnuevo, Perchelles and La Azohia are approximately a 25 minute drive, and the seaside town of Puerto de Mazarrón, with marina, beaches , bars and restaurants is only 25 minutes away.

Rental properties have electric meters connected to the Air con. The first €10 is included in your stay, anything over this €10 is pay as you go and additional cards can be purchased from Military Breaks in Al Kasar.

A €100 Security Deposit is payable on arrival.
