The apartment stands out as one of the largest rental options within the Condado de Alhama golf resort, situated on the La Isla Complex on a corner with an extra large wrap-around terrace, offering fabulous views of the surrounding lake, with scenic vistas stretching across the orange groves to the distant mountains.

The terrace has everything you need for al fresco dining and entertainment, including a gas bbq. With three large double bedrooms, two of which open onto the terrace the apartment can comfortably sleep six, ideal for golfing groups or a large family. All the bedrooms are fully air conditioned and have spacious wardrobes for storage.

The apartment features a spacious, nicely furnished open-plan living and dining area, along with a separate kitchen equipped with high quality stainless steel appliances: oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster . The apartment is fully equipped with cookware, china dinnerware and cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils and the indoor dining area seats six comfortably.

Our private under cover allocated parking space  is directly under the apartment, and the entire complex is gated and monitored by security guards for your peace of mind.

Despite its tranquility, this apartment is conveniently located, just a five-minute walk from the town center, ‘Al Kasar,’ where you’ll find a well-stocked supermarket, a gymnasium, a hairdresser/beauty salon, and a diverse array of bars and restaurants.

Within the resort, you’ll discover the Jack Nicklaus-designed Alhama signature Par 72, 6884m championship golf course, complete with excellent practice facilities, a driving range, clubhouse with a pro shop, buggy and club hire, and its own snack bar, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

The resort also offers a range of onsite facilities, including the Sports Club bar/restaurant between Jardin 5&7, with amenities like tennis, paddle, basketball, and 5-a-side courts. For those who enjoy cycling, there are safe cycleways around the complex, with bike rentals available.

Please note that all rental properties have electric meters connected to the air conditioning units. A reading will be taken upon arrival and departure. The first €10 of electricity usage is included in your stay, and any usage beyond this amount is on a pay-as-you-go basis.
