Our ground floor two bedroom apartment at Condado de Alhama nestles into lush Mediterranean style gardens in the centre of which is a children’s area and a small play park. With more than 20 swimming pools on the resort available for your use, there are safe cycleways around, and is ideal for young families, due to the secure gated complex and onsite amenities. There is bike hire on the resort for very reasonable rates.
The apartment location in Naranjos 3 is tastefully furnished in a contemporary style with all the amenities you would expect from luxury living including WiFi. A larger than normal open plan living/dining area leads to a well equipped kitchen and two bedrooms all with built in storage and the master leads out onto a lovely sun terrace. A large patio area enclosed by a hedge to the front is ideal for al fresco dining and entertaining with a retractable awning for those who prefer a little shade.
The golf course is just a short walk from the apartment. Buggies, trolleys and clubs are available to hire at the pro-shop, and the open driving range and practice putting green make the ideal place to perfect those tricky shots. The bar and restaurant is open to golfers and non golfers alike for drinks and freshly cooked meals. The Jack Nicklaus designed Par 72 course opened in 2010, and is 6884 meters long.
The Al-Kasar town center is only a 15 minute walk along a beautiful palm-lined avenue (and still within the gated confines of the complex). This is the central hub of Condado de Alhama, which is beautifully illuminated in the evening. You will find a well-stocked supermarket, gymnasium, beauty salon and several restaurants, bars and cafes.

The region’s capital city of Murcia contains a Zoo and a Water Park which offer excellent family days out.
The city of Alhama de Murcia is just a short drive away with its interesting Moorish history and from where you can access the Sierra Espuna Nature Park with its fabulous walks, rock-climbing and cycling trails. There are also several local markets in the area which are very popular with the locals and tourists alike:- Sunday in Puerto de Mazarron, Tuesday in Alhama de Murcia, Wednesday in Totana, Saturdays in Mazarron and Fuente Alamo.

All Rental properties have electric meters connected to the Air con. The first €10 is included in your stay, anything over this €10 is pay as you go and additional cards can be purchased from Military Breaks in Al Kasar.
