Additionally, between Jardines 5 & 7, you’ll find tennis, paddle, basketball, and 5-a-side courts adjacent to the Condado Club bar and restaurant.

Our air-conditioned apartment ensures a comfortable stay, equipped with modern conveniences such as cable TV with 100Mb WiFi, washing machine, large fridge freezer, clothes airer, iron, and ironing board. Sleeping arrangements comprise a double bedroom, twin bedroom, and a single room with a pull-out bed. Ample storage is provided in all bedrooms with large sliding wardrobes. There is a walk in shower fitted in the modern bathroom.

Outside you will find a rear patio from the master bedroom with table and chairs, that is soaked in the morning sunshine. At the front there is a manicured garden and patio that indulges the afternoon and evening sunshine, overlooking the pool. Perfect for soaking up the sun on one of the sun loungers or for those evening glasses of wine after a days adventure.

Nearby, approx 20 minutes drive you will find the stunning beaches and the port of Mazarron. A further 20 minutes and you will find the beautiful ancient city of Cartagena. For those who like to have a taste of home in the UK you will enjoy the facilities at Camposol, situated 10 minutes drive from Condado, where there are english bars, restaurants, shops, hairdressers and a very handy Oriental Bazaar that pretty much sells everything you can think of!

Take a 10 minute drive from the complex and you will reach the breath taking nature reserve surrounding the Sierra Espuna mountain range. Here, is the delightful hotel Mariposa who, not only offer splendid food, but also activities for the whole family including quad biking, buggy trips and mountain biking. Car hire is highly recommended to fully explore and appreciate this stunning part of the Costa Calida as there is so much on offer.

All Rental properties have electric meters connected to the Air con. To keep the properties economical a reading will be taken on arrival and again on Departure. The first €10 is included in your stay, anything over this €10 is pay as you go.
