The bright open plan dining / living area contains a dining table, sofa, coffee table, with a LCD TV and includes access to 100Mb Wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher and toaster. The spacious and private terrace has a 4 seater dining table with views over the golf course and sun loungers to relax on. There is also an outside storage area which has the washing machine, iron board and iron.

There is a large communal swimming pool, with separate shallow area for small children, and playground equipment between the penthouse blocks. A ten minute walk away is the first tee of the golf course with its clubhouse offering snacks and drinks, a driving range, proshop and short game practice facilities. The main commercial centre of Al Kasar is close by with its large supermarket, bars and restaurants, hairdressers and shops. The resort is within a gated community with its own security with lots of walking and cycling trails and is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding areas with miles of beaches and traditional Spanish villages nearby.

All Rental properties have electric meters connected to the Air con. The first €10 is included in your stay, anything over this €10 is pay as you go and additional cards can be purchased from Military Breaks in Al Kasar. A €300 Security Deposit is payable on arrival. Minimum stay 3 nights
