There is a large communal swimming pool, with separate shallow area for small children, and playground equipment between the penthouse blocks 5 & 6 and a further pools close by in Narjanos gardens. The apartment overlooks the practice ground of the golf course and its clubhouse offering food and drinks, a driving range, proshop and short game practice facilities.

The main commercial centre of Al Kasar is a fifteen minute walk away with its large supermarket, bars and restaurants, beauty salon, gymnasium and shops. Other facilities on the resort are paddle and full size tennis courts and 5 a side football pitches located between Jardines 5 & 7.

The secure and gated resort has around 3,000 apartments set around 20 garden areas, many with their own communal swimming pools and dry play areas. The resort has safe cycleways around, and is ideal for young families, with bike hire available on the resort at various outlets at very reasonable rates.

Condado de Alhama is the perfect base from which to explore the surrounding areas of the Costa Calida (warm coast) and sample the fantastic local foods and wine. With the 250 kms of coastline there is always another sandy cove to find, Mazarron is a 15/20 minute drive away and has miles of wonderful unspoilt beaches. There is also a marina at Puerto de Mazarron with many superb seafront bars and restaurants, some of course specializing in sea foods. The “Sierra Espuna” national park is a 15 minute drive away, this is an area of unspoilt natural beauty, very popular with walkers/hikers and has stunning scenery & views. Alhama is a typical Spanish town at the foot of this national park where you can sample the Spanish way of life and experiment with the local foods and wine. Murcia city, the region’s capital, also has a large water park and zoo.

All Rental properties have electric meters connected to the Air Con. The first €10 is included in your stay, anything over this €10 is pay as you go and additional cards can be purchased from the Military Breaks Plus office in Al Kasar.

A €100 Security Deposit is payable on arrival (returned on Exit subject to apartment check)
