This modern two bed is a ground floor apartment situated in Block 2 on the La Isla complex in the lovely golf resort of Condado de Alhama. The apartment looks out over the pool area, orange groves, the surrounding lake and mountains, it is situated in a quiet area of the resort and is ideally located for a relaxing holiday in the sun or for a dual center beach and mountain break. The accommodation comprises an open plan living/dining area, with comfortable seating, cable TV and 100MB wifi. There is a fully equipped fitted kitchen with everything you might need, a modern bathroom, master double bedroom leading to the terrace and a twin bedroom both of which have large fitted wardrobes with ample room for storage

The apartment is a short 5 min walk to main central hub area of the resort, the Al Kasar, which offers numerous restaurants, bars and cafes, gymnasium, a beauty salon and a large well stocked supermarket. Located on the La Isla community of the resort, the La Isla residents have exclusive use of the outdoor fitness facilities, or relax in La Isla community area where there is a children’s play area, and a games area which has table tennis tables and various indoor games in the games hut.

Also within the resort is the Jack Nicklaus Alhama signature championship golf course with fantastic practice facilities, a driving range, clubhouse with pro shop, buggy and club hire and its own snack bar with wonderful views. For sports enthusiasts there are tennis, paddle, basketball and 5 a side courts located at the Condado Club between Jardin 5 & 7.

Condado de Alhama is the perfect base from which to explore the surrounding areas of the Costa Calida (warm coast) and sample the fantastic local foods and wine. With the 250 kms of coastline there is always another sandy cove to find, Mazarron is a 15/20 minute drive away and has miles of wonderful unspoilt beaches. There is also a marina at Puerto de Mazarron with many superb seafront bars and restaurants, some of course specializing in sea foods. The “Sierra Espuna” national park is a 15 minute drive away, this is an area of unspoilt natural beauty, very popular with walkers/hikers and has stunning scenery & views. Alhama is a typical Spanish town at the foot of this national park where you can sample the Spanish way of life and experiment with the local foods and wine. Murcia city, the region’s capital, also has a large water park and zoo.
